Information for Helicopter Passengers – Requirement for HUET Training with Emergency Breathing System (EBS) in Norway

The Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority specifies that all passengers traveling offshore by helicopter must have completed approved HUET training with the relevant emergency breathing system. In Norway, the requirement is EBS rebreather system (EBS CAT B).

Please note that if you have completed OPITO BOSIET or FOET Combined Courses with PETANS in the last 4 years we understand that you already have the correct certificates.
