GWO 0.5 day Fire Awareness Course

This course is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of how to safely avoid or deal with situations involving fire and smoke. Including both theoretical and practical elements the course allows delegates to develop an understanding of the scenarios which may occur within the wind turbine and appropriate ways to deal with an emergency situation.

Prerequisite training

GWO stipulate that all delegates participating in Basic Safety Training are physically and medically fit and capable of fully participating.

Recommended refresher training

• 2 years GWO Fire Awareness refresher course.
