Course content

Delegates successfully completing the course will have gained knowledge and skills of:

  • Interpret the Water UK Confined Space classification scheme identification of confined spaces
  • Types of gases
  • Personal safety and protective equipment
  • Atmosphere testing equipment
  • Risk assessment
  • Dealing with problems and emergencies

Recommended refresher training

It is normal practice for these to be retaken on a 3 year cycle.
